November Project

Sewing all the levi's for Jared's Utah quilt I've been making. On the last row!

Jared is an amazing quilt master, I think he did more that I did.

I was in charge of threading all the needles while they played around.. My fingers are still sore... It turned out pretty awesome if I do say so myself!

Bella's favorite ball to play catch with, it barely fits....

She always seems to move when ever you try to take pictures of her. These ones turned out okay afer 6 tries.

I think I love her new sweater on her better than she loves it.

It's a super turtle neck... She puts up with a lot from me... ha ha She's still cute!

Summer in West Des Moines 2010

Jared and I got to West Des Moines the beginning of May, it's weird that I realized I missed living in the midwest but I did! I love the people and the area. This area we're in now is all brand new, the apartments are really nice and there is a sweet walking trail in the back that takes you all around town along the little creek and through little forest areas, it's so pretty! We went back to Utah for my youngest sister Janae's wedding and we decided that since we're going to be moving in August to Texas for a while, that I should stay in Utah for a few weeks to spend time with my family. It was a good three weeks but it's so nice to be back to Jared and our own place. I drove my car with Bella out to Iowa, 16 very long hours straight, to make things better my air conditioning went out half way through the trip but I made it! Jared has been doing very well and we've paid off some much needed debt. We're really excited that this summer is ending and that we're moving on to another adventure!

Fall 2009

We're back in Utah!!! Iowa was actually pretty fun, the people were so laid back and friendly it wasn't hard to love it. Especially the ward! I was pretty sad to leave my job as a dental assistant and the ward but I was so happy to finally be back in Utah. We stopped (slightly out of the way) in Texas to visit Jared's family, his dad, Mike and Tami and three kids. They are so fun to hang out with, it was hard to leave Texas too! We're currently renting an apartment in North Salt Lake and I'm searching for a job. Jared just got a job with Discover Card and starts on December 7th so that should be good to keep him busy, he'll keep doing some door to door stuff during the weekends to get him ready for next summer... Not too much else is going on for now, just loving the time we have with eachother!

Summer 2009

So here we are, Davenport, Iowa! We started this summer off in May in Orlando, FL which was really kind of cool for me at least. It was a very hard area on the guys since the economy is not very good for selling security systems. My friend Amy and I liked the different place that we got to check out though! First of June we trecked across a few more states and ended up in Davenport! Jared is now selling satellite for Star Satellite and is having much better luck. I of course don't have a job since I had to leave it changing companies but I just had an interview and now have a second interview in the morning so hopefully I can post later on that I have a new job as a dental assistant for another Pediatric Dentist here in Davenport. We're not counting the days till we go to Utah quite yet but we are counting down till we get to go on out cruise to the Bahama's at the end of August! I'm very excited that it got changed from Mexican Riviera... Jared and I have been asked to speak in church on the 26th of this month. I'm scared but Jared said he would help me out. I'm thankful he served a mission and has loved the gospel his whole life, it helps me to be a stronger member. I'm thankful to be in this area, especially since it's so close to Nauvoo. The spirit there is amazing! We have gone through the temple more this summer than we have in the last two years... We won't make that mistake again! I'm loving this ward, the sisters are amazing at helping me to feel welcome and they all help eachother out. It makes me want to live outside of Utah now! maybe.... Anways, we're doing well and can't wait to get home!
