A few summer projects finished!

So I finally got Jared's birthday present finished! It took me forever. Psalms 23 is Jared's favorite scripture so I stitched it for him. Glad to have it finished. These are some cute hot pads I just finished, they are a little lopsided but I think they turned out well!

This apron took me a while to do as well, it was a lot of ironing and sewing edges, it's for my sister Janae for her wedding this coming weekend, I'm also making the same hot pads for her and hopefully some matching kitchen towels.

I wish the coloring looked better in these pictures, they are really bright pink.

It looks way cute with the bow, I think!

I LOVE them. I am so happy for you that you're done with Jared's. Whew. And you have to teach me how to do that apron. It is SO SO cute. Awesome job.

Aymee I totally got the idea off of one of your friends blogs, I can't remember which one, but here is the link on how to make it! it was pretty easy, just time consuming. http://sew4home.com/projects/kitchen-linens/410-citrus-holiday-hostess-apron-with-dreamy-bow. Thanks for your comments guys!
